can i scan and upload
hi admin,

i know how to write in tamil, but when i try to type in tamil i get a lot of spelling mistake and it is consuming a lot of time, can i write in tamil in a piece of paper, scan it and upload it as a pdf.

is it allowed.

kindly explain.
