Linux help !!
 

Friends
I am using Linux an so I am not writing in Tamil as I am still struggling to set the tamil fonts in my machine.
Can any one tell me if there is a guide to set this up?
I have installed "Latha" Tamil font and after that I get to see tamil charactors. However they are all mixed up and very difficult to read.
Any help is appreciated.

Dear Friend Please mention your linux and it exact version. (example : Redhat linux 9 or Fedora core 3, suse 10 etc.,). otherwise mention which one of the following linux was installed in your system.

CentOS · Debian · Fedora · Gentoo Linux · Knoppix · Mandriva Linux · openSUSE · Red Hat Enterprise Linux · Slackware · Ubuntu

you can also use firefox with tamil keyboard plugin for it.
